David F. Pritchard, President and Chief Executive Officer

David joined NeuroProtect as President and CEO in December 2006. David joined NeuroProtect from CoMentum Advisors, a firm providing strategic advisory services to emerging and development stage biotechnology companies in Europe, the US and Australia. David has held executive positions in several pre-public and public stage biotechnology companies in the US and Australia. His most recent positions include Executive VP at Neomorphic, a pre-public computational genomics company acquired by Affymetrix, and head of business development at AMRAD, recently acquired by Melbourne-based CSL. During his career, he has been involved in VC-backed spin outs, private financings, initial public offerings, and follow-on offerings. He has also been actively involved in strategic transactions and has negotiated product and technology licenses with universities, pharmaceutical companies and biopharmaceutical companies worldwide. David earned a bachelors degree in biology from Northeastern University.
